Hello Everybody,
On MOnday 21st September 09, Microteaching started with the second group which consists of Novia Aw, Anggreini and Amelia with an interesting theme to present. Their theme was "Jurong Bird Park". They started with pasta dish aptly name " Quicky Twirls" which was done by Anggreini. Followed by Novia Aw with Japanese style chicken curry "Chicken Curry on the go" and last but not least Amelia with a shepperd's pie titled "Grab a Pie". Overall presentation were good, there were minor setbacks and it was for all of us to learn from.
Below photos are the group's food presentation which i personally were very well-presented and it was inspiring.
